The ITS World Congress 2027 offers an interactive platform to highlight the latest ITS innovations to the global ITS community. These demonstrations provide an exciting opportunity to engage attendees and bring innovation to life.

The demo area of the NEC will have outdoor and indoor opportunities with the following conditions:

Our outdoor demo space will be in a closed area with limited availability and certain conditions to respect (for example, weight limits)*
Our indoor demo space will be on one side of the exhibition with limited availability and certain conditions to respect (for example, height limits).*

* Additional criteria may be communicated at a later stage.

Number of demonstrations: 8-15 demonstrations

Exhibitor requirement: Applicants should be exhibitors. If this is not possible, please contact the organisers.

NOTE: ERTICO- ITS Europe will promote selected demonstrations through the Congress programme, website, and app.

Shortlisted submissions will be contacted throughout the review period.

Final selections

Demonstrations will be selected by 26 February 2027.

Preparation for selected demonstrations

It will begin in March 2027, with final logistic arrangements taking place from in May 2027.
