Maral Kaplan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s degree in international relations and an advanced master’s degree in EU studies from Universite Libre de Bruxelles.
Before joining ERTICO, she was a Bluebook trainee at the European Commission’s DG HOME. She previously worked as a Communication intern at the United Nations Regional Information Center’s Benelux and EU desk and as a researcher at Finabel, the European Land Force Commanders Organization.
Maral is Belgian, she is a native French and Armenian speaker, fluent in English and has intermediate level of Dutch, Spanish and Russian.
